*Reply to Invoice within 2 business days or Sophia Hegg will cancel your order and return all merchandise to inventory.
SHIPPING OPTIONS AND RATES FOR WEBSITE ORDERS
sophiahegg.com delivers its products with Fedex (recommended) and USPS, depending upon the type of product and destination. We have found these options to be the most secure, efficient, and reasonably priced.
Estimate delivery time:
- Fedex Worldwide Express: 2-3 business days
- U.S. Postal Service Global Express: 7-15 business days
Keep in mind these are estimates only and we cannot guarantee delivery times for international orders. Delays can occur if we need to verify your order or in the event of adverse weather conditions or other carrier or customs delays. Although we do offer both types of services to many countries, we recommend using Fedex as any delays (although rare) can be much more easily handled with UPS. Additionally, UPS offers real-time tracking information whereas the U.S. Postal Service tracking information provides only limited information.
